We have three bakeries producing desserts and cakes, supplying markets that are defined by quality.

Blueberry Foods’ state-of-the-art bakery was purpose-built to meet the high demands of our consumers. The Cornish heritage of Kensey Foods’ and Tamar's desserts facility, gives them an advantage in sourcing the best West Country dairy and other ingredients to make their products stand out in the marketplace.

We produce a wide range of chilled and ambient desserts and cakes, from traditional fruit pies, sponge puddings, fruit crumbles and custard tarts to melt in the middle sponges, cupcakes, tray bakes and meringues.
